We stayed at a hotel located near some wonderful hiking trails and a short bus ride away from charming villages. the staff was polite and the rooms clean with comfortable bedding and bathrooms. the breakfast had a diversity of options to satisfy every taste. the spa area had plenty of options and was a nice treat after a long day of walking.
The hotel's location near a busy road made it hard to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

The view from the hotel was the best aspect of my stay during New Year. The snow-capped mountains in the background were breathtaking. the hot chocolate served in the lobby was a delightful treat after skiing. The hotel was also conveniently located near the ski slopes and had a shuttle service to take us there.
The worst aspect of my stay was the lack of cleanliness in the rooms. The duvet cover was stained and the towels had holes in them.
